To the rescue again
“Much the same experience as Janet after loosing a wheel which left us with a bent axle on our way to Yellowstone. Still busy, Marty got us right in and got the axle we needed from Billings, Montana on 2 hour delivery, brought everything up to snuff and got us out by 4:30. Super service from a nice guy.” -

BEWARE!
“Lying, cheating thief! Overcharged us to replace our front lift jacks. Quoted $800 then handed us a bill for $1700, locked our camper behind the gate until we paid the lying thief! The jacks failed 7 months later. We called the manufacturer and they also said we were severely overcharged. Beware of this shyster!” -

Business come to the rescue
“I'm compelled to write this letter to publicly praise two Cody businesses. \n\nMy wife and I are traveling across this great country of ours, and while crossing Wyoming we had a mojor wheel failure. While coming across US 16, we experienced bad road conditions which resulted in the complete loss of a wheel. We limped into Cody and at the direction of the folks at Ponderosa Campground, we located Park County RV.\n\nI met Marty, the owner, and while he was clearly quite busy at the time, He immediately came out to look at our problem. \n\nHe assessed the condition and, while he really didn't need to be as accommodating as he was, he immediately took the steps necessary to affect repairs to our toy hauler.\n\nWe feel blessed to have been lucky enough to have him suggested. With the herculean effort that was required to obtain the parts and coordinate with others, Marty and his great employees had us back on the road the following day. \n\nWhat wonderful ambassadors these two businesses are for Cody. Awesome Staff and Great Prices for anyone in need of Emergency Service
“I traveled thru this town, and had some RV issues. I stopped at a couple places and they had no idea what was going on. I looked up Dons RV in the phone book, and they gave me directions to their location, squeezed me in on a tight schedule, and fixed my hot axles. They have a great shop full of knowlegable help, a friendly and experienced parts staff, and the prices are the cheapest around. These guys are what hometown is all about! No matter who you are or where youre from - Dons is the place to do business when it comes to RV's! Thanks a bunch”
